HIIT Circuit Workout

In just 30 minutes, you complete an 8 circuit workout  that is high intensity coupled with recovery.  Each exercise should be done for 2 mintues with :30 second rest in between.

STATION 1: HURDLES 

  1. Side to side skater with touch
  2. Squat to toe

STATION 2: JUNGLE GYM XT 

  1. Chest Fly
  2. Tricep extension

STATION 3: POWER WHEEL 

  1. Oblique roll outs on knees (side to side)
  2. Bridges (on floor)

STATION 4: RESISTANCE BANDS (alternatively, you can use kettlebells or dumbbells)

  1. Bicep curl
  2. Deadlift upright row

STATION 5: LADDER 

  1. Icky Shuffle
  2. Jump Across Squat

STATION 6: BODYWEIGHT 

  1. Swimmer
  2. Plank alt arm sweep under

 

Required Fitness Equipment:

  1. Lifeline Resistance Bands
  2. Jungle Gym XT
  3. Lifeline Power Wheel
  4. Kettlebells
  5. Speed Ladder 
  6. Jump Rope

Optional Equipment:  Hurdles, Fitness Mat
